he firm is pleased to announce that John D. Hansen, a partner at the firm, has been named as a 2010 recipient of the Distinguished Lawyer Award by the Idaho State Bar Association.

The firm is pleased to announce that Lindsey R. Romankiw, formerly of Ammon, Idaho, and a 2010 graduate of Brigham Young University Law School where she was Managing Editor of the BYU Law Review, will join the firm as an associate in the Idaho Falls office in the summer of 2010. Throughout her law school experience, Lindsey has consistently demonstrated the aptitude and effort required to succeed as an effective lawyer, and we look forward her arrival in 2010.
