Sean J. Coletti ean joined the firm as an associate in 2007. His practice includes both litigation and transactional work, and has to date focused on the areas of business law, contracts, commercial law, insurance defense, family law, planning and zoning, real property, personal injury and general litigation.

SEAN was born in Provo, Utah in 1977. He grew up in Utah and Idaho, and is a 1995 Rigby High School graduate. From 1996-1998, Mr. Coletti served as a foreign missionary in Seoul, Korea. Following his experience overseas, he joined the United States Army National Guard, where he served for six years as a Counterintelligence Agent and Korean linguist.

SEAN attended Ricks College and Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2001. He then received his law degree in 2005 from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, Sean served as Executive Editor of the Connecticut Law Review, where his article, Taking Account of Partial Exemptors in Vaccination Law, Policy and Practice was published in 2004.

SEAN served as a law clerk to Honorable John C. Hohnhorst, Idaho Fifth Judicial District after law school, then served as law clerk to Chief Justice F. Michael Kruse and Associate Justice Lyle L. Richmond, of the High Court of American Samoa.

SEAN is a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Idaho State Bar, American Samoa Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before Idaho’s state and federal courts.

SEAN is currently serving a four-year term on the Ammon City Council, a position to which he was elected in 2009. He also volunteers as an attorney in the Court Appointed Special Advocate program and for the Idaho State Bar.

SEAN and his wife Jessi are the proud parents of one son, and are involved in activities and events supporting and promoting adoption. They enjoy camping, hiking, swimming, traveling, performing music together, and spending time as a family.
