Kim joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2018. Her practice includes transactional work focusing on business formations, corporate governance, contracts, real estate, and other commercial law areas as well as acting as legal counsel and consultant for local firms. She also likes to help clients with their estate and succession planning needs. Kim likes to approach her clients’ needs from a wholistic position-looking for current and future needs and ensuring personal and commercial documents are drafted to maximize benefits while avoiding future conflicts. Before joining the firm, Kim owned and operated a small manufacturing business and worked as a designer and business consultant for over 15 years.
Kim holds a law degree with a certificate in Business Law from the University of Utah, an MBA from Weber State University (emphasis in entrepreneurship), and undergraduate degrees in History and Hebrew from the University of Utah. Kim relocated from Utah to Idaho with her husband and five children. She enjoys skiing, hiking, white water rafting, traveling, and basically anything that involves being with her family.
