Andrew’s practice focuses on land use/real estate issues, estate planning, and probate. He uses his skills in administrative proceedings, judicial review, litigation, appeals, and document drafting to help clients solve problems, plan for the future, and achieve their goals.

Andrew was raised in the suburbs north of Seattle, served a two-year mission in Frankfurt, Germany, and graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in International Relations. He and his wife moved to Idaho just two weeks after getting married. In 2014, Andrew graduated second in his class from the University of Idaho College of Law, Magna Cum Laude, with a concurrent Master of Accountancy degree. These studies concentrated on law, taxes, business, and estates. While attending law school, Andrew interned with the Asotin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, in Washington, and had won his first jury trial even before graduation.

After law school, Andrew served for a year as a law clerk in Moscow, ID, for the Honorable John R. Stegner. He then moved to Eastern Idaho and has been practicing here since 2015. Andrew has worked for individuals, companies, fiduciaries, and local governmental units, helping them solve their problems and navigate the applicable laws. Andrew has helped landowners in relation to planning and zoning law, easements, covenants, HOAs, boundary disputes, and local government issues. His expertise in real estate law complements his knowledge of tax law, estates, and trusts. This also allows him to work with clients to create estate plans that accomplish their desires as efficiently as possible. Andrew has also helped heirs administer estates and trusts.

In his spare time, Mr. Rawlings enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, reading, watching soccer, hiking, and playing board games. He is proficient in German and Danish in addition to English.
